The TouchMath Second Grade Homeschool Program is designed to provide students with the tools and understanding needed to succeed in math. This program is broken down into four units, which can be easily administered over the course of a school year. The program includes an Implementation Guide, six Module Guides with Instructional Strategies, 90 Student Activity Sheets, six Assessments (one per module), Real World Connections, Answer Keys, Progress Monitoring, Vocabulary, and a downloadable link to the Second Grade Homeschool Program. The Second Grade Homeschool Program uses a step-by-step approach to teach adding and subtracting to 1,000, time, money, measurement, data, and geometry. Each Unit includes a variety of activity sheets to help students practice and master the concepts covered in that module. The assessments provided after each module help students and teachers monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
The program also includes a Vocabulary section to help students build a strong math vocabulary and understand key terms and concepts.
